8 teams will be joining the Women's Division of Shakey's V-League Season 12's Open Conference. The eight teams joining are Philippine Army, Cagayan Valley, PLDT, Meralco, Fourbees, Philippine Navy, Philippine Coast Guard and Baguio Team.
